Job summary

MCN Build is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a Washington, DC project. The role supports the lead Superintendent in daily field supervision, coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment on site to keep work on schedule and within budget.

We value attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork. Minimum 1 year of related experience and a High School Diploma are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in the field or related experience.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead Superintendent with day-to-day supervision of field activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment on site.
• Ensure work aligns with specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate project status, RFIs, and submittals to the team.
