Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects in Minneapolis. You will lead field operations, manage subs and scheduling, and drive safety and quality from pre-construction through project completion.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role, plus strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate stakeholders and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with at least 5 years as a superintendent.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel as required in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate all aspects of jobsite activity with subs, materials, inspections, and permitting.
• Enforce and champion health and safety best practices.
• Communicate regularly with owners, architects, and leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior field staff.
