Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience leading ground-up or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of means/methods, scheduling, sequencing and site logistics.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, field personnel, inspections and material deliveries.
• OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project sites and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects and subcontractors.
