Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
• Minimum 3 years as a Superintendent supervising project teams.
• Experience on ground-up commercial/industrial projects preferred.
• Knowledge of all trades scope of work and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Develop lasting relationships to support growth and future work.
• Serve as primary on-site contact with city/state officials and inspectors.
• Provide training and support to subcontractors on quality practices.
• Coordinate site plans with the on-site team and ensure safety compliance.
• Enforce jobsite safety and manage daily operations toward the Critical Path.
• Work with the project team on the overall schedule and resource use.
• Manage SWPPP, Insurance, and OSHA program requirements.
