Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up, design-build commercial projects in the Edina, MN area. The role requires owning projects from mobilization through closeout and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, prior Superintendent or Field Supervisor experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel locally to Twin Cities sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, schedules, and sequencing.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site activities.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally throughout the Twin Cities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion and closeout.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and project quality.
• Work on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects across the Twin Cities.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and project stakeholders.
