Job summary

Jobot in Minnesota is seeking a seasoned Concrete Superintendent to oversee all aspects of concrete projects from planning to completion. You will supervise activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy civil construction with a concrete focus, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, focused on concrete.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce contracts.
• Proficiency with construction management software including scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contract specs and safety regs.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, progress, and adjustments.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure worker wellbeing.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment per project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and clients to meet project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project reports on status, budget, and schedule.
