Gordon Highlander seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial and industrial construction projects, while mentoring the next generation of field leaders. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations.
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued in excess of $6 million.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and project execution.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, jobsite safety, and quality control processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for multiple commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
• Manage projects valued in excess of $6 million, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with Project Managers.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain a safe jobsite by enforcing OSHA standards and company policies.
• Lead daily coordination meetings and communicate with clients, architects, and teams.
