Gordon Highlander in the South/Southeast region seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects from mobilization to closeout. You will drive safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality while coordinating with trade partners and clients.

You bring 7+ years of field supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office. This role offers a performance bonus, full benefits, a vehicle allowance, and career growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
• Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.
• Develop and communicate project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor progress and resolve field issues and delays.
• Review drawings and contract documents for potential challenges.
