Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of superintendent experience on projects $1M–$50M.
• 10 years in construction trades or equivalent training/experience.
• Knowledge of field construction systems, practices and sequencing.
• Strong work ethic and obligations fulfillment.
• Passion for client satisfaction.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking skills; good communication and conflict management.
• Proficient with email, daily reports, look-ahead schedules, iPad, Procore.
• 30-hour OSHA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Budget, manage, and forecast subcontractor labor and materials, equipment, and general conditions.
• Read and interpret specifications and plans to determine requirements and planning procedures.
• Supervise, order, and coordinate labor, subcontractor, and delivery activities.
• Maintain quality control through frequent inspections of work in progress.
• Complete all reports accurately and timely.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Analyze subcontractor and production problems.
• Conduct and participate in safety and subcontractor progress meetings.
• Maintain responsibility for the worksite during work or testing.
