Job summary

Grunley Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities in the DMV area. You will oversee field teams, subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, safety and office operations, while ensuring project quality and morale.

The role requires 10+ years of superintendent experience, OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, and a HS diploma or GED. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range. Reports to the Project Executive.

• Excellent communication with owners, reps and tenants.
• Ability to learn and apply new technical information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Grunley employees and coordinate field activities.
• Direct subcontractors and manage scheduling and look-ahead planning.
• Monitor inspections, quality control and safety programs.
• Oversee temporary construction materials, equipment, and field office operations.
• Provide on-the-job training and participate in ongoing safety training.
