Grunley Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site activities, directing Grunley employees and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on major projects.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and the ability to forecast and execute complex construction plans with a focus on safety and project milestones. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $105,000.00–$185,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 5+ years of construction experience with strong leadership.
• OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable before start date.
• Knowledge of trades on the project; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Grunley employees and field staff on site.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and foremen.
• Develop baseline project schedule and two‑week look‑ahead updates.
• Monitor inspections and maintain quality control programs.
• Manage temporary construction materials and equipment needs.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and field office operations run smoothly.
• Maintain and post drawings; provide on‑the‑job training for staff.
