Job summary

ARCO is seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager in the Dallas area to lead multi-site projects from planning through completion. You will direct teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety compliance while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

5–25 years of construction experience.
OSHA certification required.
Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Able to meet physical demands (standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information.
Work with the project manager to plan schedules, organization, staffing, and equipment.
Direct construction projects to meet specs and schedules for profit.
Assist with material shipments, shop drawings, and samples approvals.
Coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules.
Inform supervisors of schedule changes and progress.
Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
Review requisitions, PO's, invoices and other reports.
Coordinate with owner representatives and architects as needed.
Hold site meetings and report progress to management.
Maintain a daily diary of significant project facts and approvals.
Ensure adherence to safety programs throughout all phases.
