BOND Building Construction is seeking a seasoned Construction Operations Leader in Boston, MA to oversee total construction operations, ensure health and safety plans are implemented, and manage project budgets for materials and labor.

You will lead workers, supervise performance, liaise with inspectors and subcontractors, and promote team collaboration while upholding BOND’s values and standards.

Qualificações

• BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in construction.
• Builder’s License and Construction Supervisor credentials.
• Knowledge of owner contracts, drawings, and subcontractor agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage total construction operations.
• Ensure health and safety project plans are implemented.
• Track project spending and budgets (materials and labor).
• Lead and supervise workers; monitor performance.
• Liaise with external agents and inspectors; meet standards.
• Collaborate with management and summarize progress.
• Manage all subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are enforced.
• Assist with pre-job planning and scheduling.
• Mentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere.
