BOND in Norwood, MA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee cost management, scheduling, and QA/QC across multiple projects. You will coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met, while maintaining safety standards and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables.
• Robust knowledge of Scheduling, Document Management, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with estimating/bids and junior estimator duties.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project-related cost management.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the construction schedule; monitor schedule and coordinate with team and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Support the company's Safety Program and participate in Safety training and meetings.
• Analyze workload and staffing levels and address manpower-related issues.
• Develop strong relationships with Client through regular communication of schedules, financials and progress.
• Track and manage insurance and subcontractor agreements.
• Provide monthly cost reporting including forecasting of labor, subcontractor, and other project risks to management.
• Assist in developing, tracking and completing the QA/QC program.
