Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour training completed.
• Strong risk, cost, schedule, and constructability knowledge required.
• Experience with owner-contract requirements and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and mentor multiple teams and communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to all team members and emphasize collaboration and communication.
• Drive high level client satisfaction to support Bond’s vision of breakthrough customer service.
• Lead the process of identifying and acquiring projects aligned with current business plans.
• Manage Preconstruction and Construction efforts using Bond resources and standards.
• Ensure Risk Management practices are integrated into project approaches and executions.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality at all project phases.
• Oversee Owner contract requirements and client relationships through open communication of schedules, finances, and progress.
• Manage project cost projections, PCO logs, billings, cash flow, and monthly reporting to meet deadlines.
