Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required, or 10+ years in construction management.
• Commercial construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project phasing and logistics plans for approval by the Project Lead.
• Lead on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Review and understand subcontractor and Owner contracts.
• Attend and actively participate in project kickoff meetings.
• Inspect all work for plan/spec/quality adherence.
• Lead meetings with company, subcontractors, and Owners' representatives.
• Maintain accurate redline drawings for field changes.
