Job summary

Samet Corporation is seeking a Senior Superintendent to serve as the primary field leader on Raleigh-area projects. You will direct all site activities, coordinate trades, and drive safety, schedule, and budget adherence while building the next generation of Samet field leaders.

You will manage subcontractor performance, maintain quality, and communicate expectations clearly to teams and stakeholders, ensuring project success from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 7–10 years of construction experience, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all construction activities on assigned projects.
• Coordinate work schedules among multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and maintain construction schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts. Implement safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Lead safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Ensure adherence to local codes and permit requirements.
• Develop and manage subcontractor scopes and CPM schedule.
• Lead meetings to keep construction activities moving efficiently.
