Samet Corporation seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on high-rise office and residential projects in Raleigh. You’ll direct every trade on-site, set expectations for safe, on-time, on-budget delivery, and mentor future field leaders.

You will manage safety, quality, and workflows, coordinating with project teams and AHJs to ensure high-rise compliance and project success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of construction experience, with 3–5 years in supervisory high-rise projects.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, or industrial high-rise construction.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise all construction activities on high-rise office and residential projects.
• Coordinate schedules among trades and subcontractors for high-rise workflow.
• Monitor progress and maintain schedules unique to high-rise work.
• Lead site inspections for safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Review drawings and contracts for high-rise buildings.
• Lead safety meetings and manage incident investigations for high-rise sites.
