Job summary

Kimmel & Associates seeks a Project Superintendent to direct and coordinate on-site construction activities for a $20-50+ million project in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of lead Superintendent experience supervising commercial construction.
• Experience leading large-scale, ground-up projects of $20-50+ million in diverse commercial markets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

About the Position

Hiring a Project Superintendent responsible for directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities of construction workers on a $20-50+ million construction site. This position collaborates with others to define construction requirements, develop project schedules, and conduct safety and quality control inspections. Additionally, the Superintendent anticipates and identifies project issues and risks proactively, communicates identified issues and risks, presents solutions, and collaborates with the project team to resolve problems.

Qualifications
