Job summary

Keeley Companies, a leader in industrial construction, seeks a Senior Superintendent for its Industrial Manufacturing Group in Missouri. You will oversee field crews, develop logistics plans, and coordinate with owners, subs, and vendors to drive safe, efficient project execution.

Applicants need 10+ years in large-scale construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with plans, DOT specs, and MS Office. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred. EOE/AA, equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in large-scale commercial, design-build or multi-family construction.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• OSHA 30-hour Card, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crew and project operations.
• Develop site logistics plan with project manager; determine method and sequencing of construction.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with owner, subs, and vendors.
• Promote a safe working environment and OSHA compliance.
• Read plans and DOT specifications; assist with shop drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate with supervisory/engineering personnel and inspectors to resolve construction issues.
• Schedule subcontractors, pump trucks, and material deliveries.
• Assist Estimating in bidding opportunities and preconstruction services.
