Keeley Companies is hiring a Project Manager for our Industrial Manufacturing Team in St. Louis, MO. You will lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, coordinating with suppliers, inspectors, and owners.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience. You will develop pre-construction plans, manage subcontractors, and facilitate change orders while growing your team and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical background in substation, transmission/distribution projects and foundations.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors and clients.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver quality, safety, and productivity outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive project plans before kickoff to align scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate material needs and subcontractors to meet specifications and delivery terms.
• Manage risks, change orders, and closeout documentation with clients.
• Communicate with inspectors, consulting and owner representatives, and utilities.
• Read/write subcontracts and vendor agreements per owner requirements.
