Keeley Companies is seeking a Senior Superintendent for its Industrial Manufacturing Group to lead field crews, coordinate project sequencing, and ensure safety compliance on large commercial projects. The role requires strong leadership, plan reading, and collaboration with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in design-build or multi-family construction, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to manage relationships and project documentation from shop

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in large scale commercial/design‑build/multi‑family construction operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents incl. drawings, specs, scopes, and project schedule
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word is a plus
• OSHA 30-hour Card preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise field crews (foreman, carpenters, laborers) and project operations
• Develop site logistics plan with PM; determine method, sequencing, and budget
• Foster relationships with owner, subcontractors and vendors
• Promote safe work environment per OSHA standards
• Read plans and know DOT specs and standards
• Assist Project Engineers with shop drawings and submittals
• Coordinate with supervisory/engineering personnel and suppliers to resolve construction issues
• Schedule subcontractors, pump trucks, materials receipt/shipments
• Assist Estimating in bidding opportunities and preconstruction services
