Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience delivering primary responsibilities on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret subcontract and vendor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead project teams to deliver outcomes with focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and manage project schedules; identify and rectify potential impacts.
• Coordinate all roles within the project lifecycle from administration to owner responsibilities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and field supervision to ensure material conformity and accurate delivery.
• Manage risk related to safety, contracts, and site specifications; liaise with inspectors and consultants.
• Facilitate change orders and closeout documentation with clients.
• Schedule subcontractors and maintain clear communication to avoid delays.
