Job summary

Keeley Construction Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent for our Industrial Manufacturing Group in St. Louis. The role leads field crews, develops site logistics, manages subcontractors and ensures safety and compliance with plans and DOT standards. Strong leadership and plan-reading abilities are essential, with OSHA 30 preferred.

You will collaborate with project teams, assist in preconstruction activities, and help drive project efficiency from site to completion.

Qualifications

10+ years' related experience with large scale commercial, design build or multi family construction projects.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus; strong leadership and management skills.
OSHA 30-hour Card preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise all field crew members including foreman, carpenters, laborers, and project operations.
Develop site logistics plans and coordinate with project manager on method, sequencing and budgeting.
Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Promote safe working environment and enforce company safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
Read plans and coordinate with project engineers on shop drawings and submittals.
