Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of construction management experience.
• Current driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Knowledge of EEO and safety program basics.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and assign tasks to crews.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure materials, equipment and inspections align with the schedule.
• Budget, forecast, and manage craft labor, equipment, materials and tools.
• Review drawings for completeness and constructability; update schedules.
