Job summary

You will review documents, develop schedules, manage crews, and mentor field personnel; travel up to 100% is required, and a bachelor’s degree or 12 years of construction management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or 10 years trade experience.
• Minimum 12 years construction management or related experience.
• Current driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of construction activities and task assignments.
• Interface with departments to ensure materials, equipment and inspections support schedule.
• Budget, forecast, and manage labor, equipment, materials and tools.
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Create and update project schedules and three week look‑ahead.
• Coordinate plans with engineers and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop site utilization plans and crew sizing.
• Select formwork systems and equipment.
• Conduct pre‑construction planning sessions and site meetings.
• Provide leadership, coaching and evaluations for crews.
