• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in construction.

• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of the construction process within time and budget.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet standards and specifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to align work.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and staff.
