Job summary

CORE is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to provide on-site coordination and leadership for healthcare construction projects in Boise, Idaho. The role ensures safety, quality, schedule, and cost control while maintaining relationships with trade partners and clients in complex, occupied healthcare environments.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years in construction (5+ in supervision), healthcare project experience, CHC/ICRA/OSHA 30 certifications, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• CHC certification is required.
• ICRA certification is required.
• Experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects ($10M+ value).
• Experience with active hospital campuses or phased renovations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA compliance.
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of subcontractor deficiencies.
• Maintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordination.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in active and occupied facilities.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditions.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals.
• Prepare daily field reports and weekly schedule updates.
• Ensure compliance with CORE best practices related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
