Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction (healthcare, interiors, or ground-up projects preferred).
• Proven success managing complex, fast-paced projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety standards, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field operations and coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and project teams.
• Lead project safety efforts and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee project scheduling, logistics, and manpower planning to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Review and approve construction drawings and technical specifications, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement changes as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
