Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up and upfit projects in multi-family, hotel, or office sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead teams and resolve issues quickly on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for assigned projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, inspections, and scheduling updates.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors.
