Job summary

Elsdon Group in Miami is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead high-rise construction projects on-site. You will oversee all on-site activities, manage trades, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high-rise superintendent experience, with multi-family, hotel, or office tower exposure, and strong knowledge of 16 CSI trades. Proficiency with Procore/Buildertrend is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on high-rise projects.
• Experience managing multi-family, hotel, and office tower builds.
• Knowledge of 16-CSI trade classifications.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent preferred.
• Construction management software proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for high-rise projects (multi-family, hotel, office towers).
• Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain site safety per OSHA regulations and best practices.
• Conduct daily site inspections and manage project documentation (logs, RFIs, submittals).
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and coordinate material availability.
