Job summary

LeoForce in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate with clients, architects, city officials, and subcontractors to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and ensure safety and quality across teams.

The role requires 5+ years of GC experience, 3+ years supervising project teams, and strong scheduling skills using MS Project. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, enforce safety programs, and build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams
• Ground-up commercial/industrial project experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of all trades scope of work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Software (MS Project), and other PM software

Responsibilities

• Continuously maintain a positive working relationship with clients, architects, subcontractors, city officials and neighboring businesses
• Develop lasting relationships with clients, architects and vendors that enable future planning and supports continuous growth
• Primary point of contact at the jobsite to work directly with City, State and Government officials, inspectors, and representatives
• Provide training and support to local subcontractors in Multifamily quality best practices
• Coordinate site expectations/plans with on-site support team prior to home weekends
• Ensure a healthy and safe work environment: actively participate and lead safety meetings and successfully complete annual safety training
• Authority to enforce jobsite safety
• Maintain a keen eye on day-to-day project operations while focusing on the projects’ Critical Path
• Work directly with the project team on overall job schedule
• Fiscally responsible to efficiently utilize labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other related resources.
• Authority to manage on site requirements for SWPPP, Insurance, and OSHA programs
