Job summary

Clayco and Ventana are seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on construction sites nationwide. You will manage onsite construction activities, ensure design plans are followed, and drive projects to on-time completion while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field, 5+ years of curtain wall experience on multi-million-dollar projects, and proven supervisory abilities within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in installing curtain wall façade systems on large projects (30m+).
• Experience as a Superintendent is required.
• Ability to supervise construction teams within budget and schedule.
• Strong safety culture and ability to travel/relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage site resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors for cost/time efficiency.
• Monitor quality, enforce standards, and resolve field disputes.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and audits completed.
• Communicate expectations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
