Job summary

Valcourt is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on commercial waterproofing, facade restoration, and building-envelope projects in Naples, FL. Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coordination of foremen, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Excellent communication with owners, managers, and engineers.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site safety practices.
• English and Spanish bilingual ability is a plus for site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and per plans and specs.
• Supervise foremen, crews, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules with Project Managers.
• Review drawings and specifications; conduct preconstruction planning and safety briefings.
