Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Superintendent for our national Mission Critical Business Unit. You will provide on-site supervision and quality control for field operations and manage design/build projects.

You will review documents, respond to scope changes, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives across projects valued from $20 million to over $200 million. You will coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety and other site teams, with travel

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience with progression to management.
• 5–10 years in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management on 50M+ projects.
• Design-build experience preferred and proven ability to supervise crews and subs.
• Strong safety record and commitment to quality, budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and quality control for field operations.
• Review documents, respond to scope modifications during construction.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• Observe work versus drawings and coordinate with all site teams.
• Travel or relocate to job sites as required.
