Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope construction.
• Experience supervising Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule in accordance with plans and standards.
• Supervise Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and other jobsite personnel.
• Assign daily work activities and monitor manpower, productivity, workmanship, and progress.
• Review project drawings, specifications, details, scopes of work, contracts, and schedules.
• Conduct preconstruction reviews and communicate requirements, access plans, sequencing, safety, and quality to field personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Managers regarding manpower, procurement, equipment, scheduling, changes, and field conditions.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and verify workmanship.
• Oversee vertical and horizontal restoration projects including facade restoration, concrete repair, parking structures, decks, expansion joints, sealants, waterproofing.
• Coordinate access equipment, scaffolding, lifts, fall-protection requirements.
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation at the jobsite.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
