Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Manager/Site Superintendent III for a large dormitory renovation project.

You will lead on-site construction, coordinate multiple trades, enforce quality, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while interfacing with clients and vendors. Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in construction management, experience with federal projects, and strong leadership and QA/QC background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8–12 years of construction management, superintendent, or field leadership experience.
• Experience managing large scale renovation projects at multiple buildings, including DoD/government-funded work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction activities and coordinate multiple subcontractor trades.
• Enforce quality standards and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution.
• Interface with client representatives, facility personnel, inspectors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, schedules and ensure constructability and safety.
