Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III to lead a large dormitory renovation at Kessler AFB in Biloxi, MS. You will coordinate field operations, manage multiple trades, and enforce safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires overseeing subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and close collaboration with project and client teams to deliver the project successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 8–12 years of construction management or field leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale renovations, preferably in DoD/government-funded settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of dormitory renovation and construction activities.
• Lead day-to-day field operations and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractor trades to ensure efficient workflow and milestones.
• Interface with client representatives, facility personnel, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and project schedules.
• Evaluate constructability and identify field conflicts; oversee safety and quality.
