Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ construction industry experience with field supervision.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and coordination with PMs and subcontractors.
• Lead on-site supervision, safety culture, and quality control.
• Maintain schedules, progress reporting, and punch list closeouts.
• Coordinate site meetings and manage coordination among trades.
