Your responsibilities will include project scheduling, coordinating field activities, ensuring safety standards, and supervising subcontracted workforces. The salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $160,000, with a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in commercial projects.
• Experience in supervisory roles such as General Foreman or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities and supervise subcontracted work forces.
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to on site.
• Review project progress with management and clients regularly.
• Direct subcontractor activities in residential projects.
