Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in commercial projects.
• Experience as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent preferred.
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project schedule and maintains accurate project reports.
• Manages timely and cost-effective field coordination and supervision of subcontracted workforces.
• Reviews project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives regularly.
• Ensures safety standards are implemented and followed by all team members.
• Directs subcontractor activities for residential projects.
• Analyzes manpower, material, and equipment requirements.
