Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and 4+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read, interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building construction means, methods, scheduling and cost control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trades.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality and budget adherence on the project.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns as assigned.
• Create schedules and determine sequencing; develop recovery strategies.
