Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a long-term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, Ohio.

The role covers on-site management from mobilization through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, safety, quality and schedule performance while building strong client relationships. The assignment lasts 12 months with company-paid lodging, travel expenses, and a vehicle allowance for qualified non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience: foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
