Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the industry with base building projects.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience in managing, training and developing people.
• Experience in computer technology.
• Experience in supporting a rapidly growing organization around the complexities of executing work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and on budget while exceeding client expectations.
• Supervise field operations to ensure safety, quality, and progress.
• Collaborate with the project manager to resolve constructability issues during preconstruction.
• Develop and review scope, buy-out and schedule with the team.
• Coordinate with owners, landlords, and authorities to avoid delays and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and communicate a comprehensive project schedule.
• Foster positive subcontractor relations and accountability across teams.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and staff.
