Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage field operations.
• Experience in training and developing site staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with PM on preconstruction planning and scope reviews.
• Oversee punch list, closeout and project documentation.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate progress with clients.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and team members.
