Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee daily site operations on large-scale commercial projects in Texas. The role requires 100% travel, direct supervision of on-site labor, and coordination with project teams and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget goals.

The candidate will lead procurement, scheduling, and field management, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction field.
• Minimum 5 years of large-scale commercial construction experience.
• Demonstrated leadership on multiple projects valued at $200M+.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures for construction with scope and staffing requirements based on schedules and available resources.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and monitor look-ahead schedules and progress.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to meet work schedules.
• Inform and coordinate with supervisors, craft personnel, subcontractors, and clients on construction progress and issues.
• Manage labor costs by optimizing crew mixes and assignments; adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and company policies are applied consistently.
