Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
• Enforce safety regulations and practices on site.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
