Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest seeks a Senior Superintendent to manage daily site operations, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. Supervises direct labor and oversees contracted work to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, reviewing look-ahead schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards across multi-phase construction sites. Travel is 100% as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction field or equivalent.
• 5+ years large-scale commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading projects valued at $200M+.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures based on specifications, staffing, and schedules.
• Coordinate project schedules with Project Manager using look‑ahead schedules.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to meet project timelines.
• Ensure communication with all stakeholders and progress updates.
• Manage labor costs and crew assignments to optimize performance.
