Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated seeks an on-site supervisor to lead civil grading, road grading, concrete, and related tasks. You will oversee safety, quality, and scheduling while coordinating with subcontractors and craft personnel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction leadership, strong management skills, and experience with Trimble GPS. A valid driver’s license and group-speaking ability are required for daily site duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or craft supervision (i.e. Foreman) in a similar field of construction.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, safety policies, and environmental requirements.
• Experience with Trimble GPS or related surveying tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise resources to meet project objectives.
• Interface with on-site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure safety and quality.
