Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in construction management or craft supervision, with strong leadership, planning and communication skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site are necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years in construction management and/or craft supervision in a similar field.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods; company policies, procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise functional construction effort to ensure projects are built per design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise resources to meet project objectives.
• Interface with on-site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain quality, safety and schedules.
